Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Burnout Snacks. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.

Order processing
Orders ship within 2–3 business days. Most USPS deliveries arrive 2–5 days after shipping. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping methods and delivery times
We ship with USPS and other major carriers. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and begin once your order ships. They may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.

Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number and link. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.

Local delivery
Select Seattle neighborhoods may be eligible for local delivery. If available for your address, you’ll see it as an option at checkout.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your address at checkout. We can’t change an address once your order has shipped.
